Keeping our promise to you of 24/7/365 support and challenging ourselves by answering each ticket within the hour. 2. 100% Uptime: We pride ourselves on keeping 100% uptime, and this year we’re up to the challenge again! By covering our bases [back-up generators, supreme data center conditions] we will without a doubt fulfill this resolution. 3. Upgrades & Updates: We will keep our technologies and hardware up-to-date so that we may continue to offer you the best and fastest services in the industry. 4. Data Center Security: Keeping your hardware safe is one of our biggest priorities, no matter what year it is. We will be extra diligent about maintaining an excellent standard when it comes to our physical location security, which includes our fire protection plans as well. 5. Quality Partnerships: While we currently have 22 data centers located across the country, we know that’s not enough! That is why we will form partnerships with other colocation and dedicated server companies, who have high quality standards like us, in an effort to reach everyone.
