Server Status
The status of your server/s is very important to us. Support is available 24/7/365 per year in the event of emergencies. For purposes of tracking and accuracy, all support is done via our ticketing system.Server Down Emergencies
If your server is down or non-responsive, please e-mail Support [at] ColocationAmerica.com. Your request will be routed immediately to a support technician and will be given priority. Make sure to include your Server ID number and the IP address of the server with the problem.
Normal Support RequestsPlease submit a ticket by e-mailing Support [at] ColocationAmerica.com or by submitting the form below. You will receive an auto-response indicating that we've received your request. Support is handled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Colocation America will fix your issue as soon as the ticket has been submitted.
