I have to agree with you that cost to power ratio looks pretty unrealistic. However, with solar panel system data centers can greatly benefit solar energy, as it is a clean resource of energy, renewable, and free. Data centers can use such kind of energy for their usual electricity requirements like office lights, ventilation systems, etc.
