From the Country/Region menu, select your new country or region. When asked, click “Continue to update.” Enter your new payment information. You have to enter a valid payment method for your new country or region. And lastly, click Save. Following these directions can ensure your geographic location is set correctly, and your data isn’t migrated to Chinese servers.
